Acceptable Use Policy

I Got It Working welcomes you. We encourage you to responsibly submit content. There is a relatively narrow range of content that is unacceptable because such content is illegal or poses harm to others. Submitting any of the following types of content to I Got It Working is prohibited.

Prohibited Content

  1. Any material in violation of local, state, national or international law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or any unauthorized use of intillectual property.

  2. Any content that is obscene, threatening, vulgar, abusive or libelous is prohibited. Additionally, legal threats, hate propaganda, fraudulent activity and invasion of publicity rights is prohibited. You may not submit content that contains a virus, malware, spyware, adware or corrupt data. Material that encourages violation of law or gives rise to civil liability is prohibited.
  3. Material that promotes or advertises or links to material that promotes or advertises commercial services is prohibited. This includes without limitation links to online stores, promotions for products or coupons or offers for products. Facilitation of the means to send email spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denail of service attacks or piracy of software is prohibited.
  4. Advertising or linking to any software, program, product or service that is designed to violate this Acceptible Use Policy is prohibited.
  5. Pornographic or illicit material or links to pornographic or illicit materials is strictly prohibited.
  6. Links to pirated software or tools to pirate software is prohibited. This limitation includes but is not limited to "hacker" programs, "warez sites", hacker chat rooms, IRC bots, game rooms or egg-drop programs.

Applicable Laws and Regulations

By submitting content to I Got It Working, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations regarding the use of all services provided by I Got It Working.

Violations

Any action that I Got It Working deems to be in violation of this Acceptable Use policty may lead to banning from use of the site or legal action. Your user account may be suspended or deleted and content you've submitted may be removed.

Changes to this Policy

I Got It Working reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without notice.
