Entourage stopped receiving mail randomly

Right-click on the top-level folder and go to Properties. Choose Empty Cache and restart Entourage. This will rebuild your entire cache so you probably want to do it with a local connection (Not VPN) to the Exchange server as it will probably be a lot of data. |
